How much makeup is right for you?

Updated: Sep 15

A visual, progressive guide to determining the perfect amount of makeup for you!

One of the most common concerns I hear from my clients is not knowing how to do their makeup in a way that doesn't feel like too much on, but still translates well on camera AND doesn't take a whole lot of time.

I worked with Heike of Heike Martin Photography to create a visual progression of how varying levels of makeup show up on camera.

I will break down what was done and how long each application took, so that you can get an idea of which look is a realistic approach for you to incorporate into your routine. I took the same steps for each model, but used products that suited their skin needs best.

If you find that you are inspired to try a look out, but need a bit of guidance in creating the look on your own, I would love to discuss creating a Makeup Lesson just for you and your needs. Classes are fun and informative, and you will ABSOLUTELY feel confident in your ability to do your makeup more effectively after completing your class! Learn More!
