Hello my loves! This post was created to help support you in using your tools and practices.
This post is a constant work in progress. If there is an area of focus you need support on, and don't see supportive material email me . I'll be happy to help guide you.
Some of the videos were made for specific kits, so they may reference those kits. No worries, you can still use these steps in ANY practice you are doing.
How to use your sage sticks, Palo Santo and incense:
Below is a quick breakdown on how to cleanse your space, and a simple prayer you can use to say while you cleanse it.
Always use caution and safety when burning and putting out products. If using smudge, incense, or Palo Santo, open all of your windows and doors before lighting. This will give the negative energies a way to leave the home.
Light the cleansing medium, and walk through the home from the back to the entrance way repeatedly saying this or a similar prayer:
'I banish all negative attachments within and without. As the smoke
flows, let it be a beacon welcoming positive energy and protection.
I welcome and receive these blessings. So it is.' (or Amen/Ashe)
How to use our Spiritual Baths:
1. Cleanse your space for taking your bath. (See directions above)
2. Bath Directions:
Option 1 : Speak the incantation to the bath elements. Boil at least 2 cups of water in a pot or kettle. Pour bath contents into the included tea bag, and steep in the boiling water. Wait for the steeped mixture to cool down to a safe temperature , and pour it over your head while standing in your filled bath tub. Soak for desired amount of time while imagining yourself embodying the life you desire.
Option 2: Speak the incantation to the bath elements. Pour bath contents into the included tea bag. Steep tea bag in your warm bath water for a few minutes. Soak for desired amount of time while imagining yourself embodying the life you desire.
How to use your oils.
Oils can be used to anoint your self, home and candles. They are also great for prayer, meditation and as a way to call back an intention set during prayer.
Fun Fact: There are over 40 bible verses referring to the use of oils in healing and prayer!
Our Meditation, Protection, Love, and Peace Oils are great for this!
You can use essential oils two different ways during meditation. The first is by diffusing the oil into the air using an essential oil diffuser to promote aromatherapy inhalation. During meditation, aromatherapy inhalation can help stimulate the senses, promote relaxation, and create an ambient space so you can really focus. The second is by direct application of the essential oils to your skin. There are several ways to do this during meditation. You can apply the essential oil to sore areas that can distract your mind, you can apply it to your palms for self-directed inhalation, or you can apply it to your pulse points so it can quickly reach the targeted areas. So how you incorporate your essential oils into your meditation depends entirely on what you need to achieve.
Prayer & recalling a intention:
Our Meditation, Abundance, Protection, Love, and Peace Oils are great for this!
The idea is to anoint the area where you need the empowerment.
So, let’s say you want to receive dreams and visions from Spirit, you can anoint the temple/side of your head or your forehead and pray asking Spirit to give you dreams before you go to bed. You can also do the same things over your eyelids if you are praying to see in the spirit realm. To receive the gift of healing you can anoint the palms of your hand.
The same applies if you are praying over someone who is sick you can anoint that area if it’s appropriate.
If you are praying for empowerment in a situation or with a certain intention, you can smell the oil later that day to help bring you back to the emotional state created during prayer.
Using Oils for the home:
You can use oils to anoint the corners of your door frames and windows to call in a specific intent. This is a practice that has been done for centuries!
How to do candle work:
Candles being used as part of spiritual/ritual work is an ancient practice. There is recorded evidence of this as early as 1200 B.C.E. in Egypt. There are a TON of different types of candles, and WAY too much information to put in one simple blog post. So my focus here will be to do the following:
Introduce you to the 3 types of candles most commonly used in spiritual practice.
Walk you through a simple candle work ritual.
The three main classifications of candles used in Spiritual work are:
(1) The main Altar or INVOCATIONAL candles, which are lit to summon the presence of a Diety or Special Power.
(2) The Personal, or ASTRAL candles which represent individuals.
(3) The Purpose or OFFERTORY candles which carry the petition or desire into the Cosmic.
A simple ritual/ceremony:
In this simple ceremony we will use one candle to double as our Astral and our Offertory candle.
We are going to:
1. Cleanse your candle by wiping it down and with incense, sage or Palo Santo.
2. Dedicate the candle to ourselves and our purpose by speaking it over the candle
3. Inscribe the candle with our name, full birthdate and desire.
4. Anoint the candle with whatever oils you have.
5. Light and burn the candle safely.
6. Dispose of the remains.

How to use your Altar Kit:
An altar is a sacred space for you to focus your spiritual practices. This kit is a perfect way to begin or amplify that spiritual practice. It contains a representation of each of the four elements which is recommended to be a part of your altar space. Here's what inside:
Air: An incense burner and pack of holy incense cones. Use these to cleanse your altar/home.
Fire: Candles to represent yourself and what you're calling forth and or releasing.
Water: Florida water to cleanse and heal your aura before your practices. Pour some onto your hands then wipe the back of your neck, your forehead and your heart space. Clap 3 times above your head to cleanse your aura.
Earth: Crystal to energetically charge your alter space and intentions. You can keep the stone with your when you feel led to.
Cleanse yourself and aura with the Florida Water. Leave the jar on the altar.
Place an incense cone into the incense holder. Light the cone and let the smoke cleanse your space, candle, crystal and altar. Say this or a similar prayer. 'I banish all negative attachments within and without. As the smoke flows, let it be a beacon welcoming positive energy and protection. I welcome and receive these blessings. So it is.' (or Amen/Ashe)
Pick up your crystal, and while holding it in your hands thank it for its balancing and healing properties. (Pick which properties call out most to you from the included information cards) Ask it to lend its energy amplify your altar and your prayers as it sits on your altar.
Dedicate your candle to it's purpose and safely burn it on your altar.
